Chris joined Team Basys in 2021, bringing with him more than two decades of IT expertise, predominantly in Application Development. He oversees the Technology, Security, Application and Product teams, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. Chris earned a Kansas City CIO ORBIE Award in 2023, which is a testament to Chris’ extensive experience and leadership skills. Along with his team, Chris focuses on advancing our technological capabilities while maintaining high standards of security and functionality across our products and services.  

Linda brings over 25 years of experience working with Oddo Family companies to her role as VP of Human Resources. As an HR Business Partner, together with her team, she is committed to recruiting top-notch employees and fostering an outstanding workplace culture. Linda’s wealth of experience and dedication play a crucial role in sustaining a supportive and thriving work environment. 

Since joining Basys in 2014, Danny has significantly progressed within the company. In his role as Vice President of Sales, Danny is responsible for overseeing training, monitoring performance and guiding strategic planning for several of our sales teams. He manages several key partnerships, and his comprehensive experience and deep understanding of both the company and the sales process make him a valuable asset to our organization. 

Edwin has been an integral part of our leadership team for almost a decade, and brings leadership, strategic thinking and industry knowledge. In Edwin’s as President, he leads the daily activities of our Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product and Technology Teams. He continues to be a driving force for the company, focusing on innovation, strategic partnerships and furthering our mission. 

Serving as the Chief Operations Officer at Basys since 2004, Jen plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s operations. She is the mastermind behind the design and implementation of our operational strategies, ensuring that we consistently provide top-tier products and services to all of our partners and merchants. Jen takes pride in upholding Basys’ commitment to a personalized support model, ensuring that each of our clients receives the attention and service they deserve. 

As Director of Sales, Jarod collaborates closely with both employees and partners to enhance sales strategies and propel portfolio expansion. Jarod contributes a wealth of knowledge to the team, backed by over 13 years of experience in sales. His expertise and commitment play a vital role in strengthening our sales capabilities and achieving organizational success. 

Kenny has been an integral part of Basys since shortly after its establishment in 2002, playing a key role in developing the customer-focused business model that distinguishes Basys in the market. With more than two decades of experience in the industry, he currently leads our Partner Development and Partner Relations teams, ensuring that our partnerships are both strong and mutually beneficial.  

In her role as Director of Marketing, Rachael leverages 20+ years of expertise in marketing and communication to define and promote the company’s brand identity and creative vision. Rachael’s department covers key areas such as brand management, advertising campaigns, content creation and digital marketing initiatives. Her strategic approach ensures that all marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s objectives, effectively communicating Basys’ values and strengths to the target audience. 

As Vice President of Customer Success, Nick ensures that his team gives unparalleled service to our partners and represents the Basys values in every interaction. With over 15 years of leadership experience, Nick excels in refining procedures and steering internal strategies. In his role, Nick oversees the entire customer and partner experience, including account management, customer support and customer education. Nick works closely with other senior leaders to align customer success strategy with the vision, mission and values here at Basys.

As the Director of Finance and Accounting, Toni plays a crucial role in managing our organization’s financial health and operational efficiency. With over a decade of experience in managing accounting departments, Toni ensures accuracy, compliance and efficiency in all financial transactions and processes. Her strategic approach and leadership contribute significantly to the organization’s financial stability and support informed decision-making across various departments. 

Kyle’s tenure at Basys has been marked by his contributions to the development of the organization’s software portfolio. With almost ten years of experience in software and technology sales, he has been a vital asset to the team. As the Director of Software Sales, he leads the strategic direction of the software sales partnership team and plays a crucial role in promoting the internal adoption of the software sales journey. Kyle’s enthusiasm for teamwork and innovation motivates his team to provide exceptional service to partners, aiding them in their growth and expansion. 

Hrishikesh (Hrishi), is an experienced engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and service industry. With a rich background spanning over 15 years in software engineering, he is at the forefront of enhancing the organization’s software development methodologies. Hrishi’s effective leadership is instrumental in guiding the software engineering teams toward the prompt and successful completion of top-notch software projects that are in sync with the company’s goals.
