If you are a BASYS merchant, taking your self-assessment questionnaire is as easy as calling our dedicated PCI Compliance Specialists to walk you through the process. If you do not currently process your payment card transactions with BASYS or need help with your PCI Compliance, please call us at (800) 386-0711. Once BASYS receives your completed questionnaire(s), your compliance status will be monitored by our own PCI Compliance Staff. If your business does not appear to be in compliance, we can provide the support needed to help bring your business into PCI compliance.
