BASYS is a company founded on the core value of providing unparalleled Customer Service with dedication and integrity.  Being a provider of merchant services to merchants and community banks across the United States, legendary customer service is the foundation for success of a Merchant Services program.  Merchant services providers have become a dime a dozen, leaving little differences between the products and services one processor can offer over another.  That being the case, we believe success in this industry comes down to not only how we service a customer but how we work with our customers to grow their business.  Part of our service model is the level of open communication that we maintain with our customers.  At BASYS we believe in going above and beyond and doing the little things that distinguish us from our competition, as well as fulfilling our obligations to our customers and employees.

We have grown into an organization that has not forgotten what allowed us to achieve the success we have today. We still have a friendly "live" voice answer the phone on every call, and all of our banks and customers have dedicated merchant specialists in our office.  The president of our company still attends prospective bank appointments as well as visiting existing customers to ensure we are following through with the level of customer service we promise.  All of our employees are empowered to make decisions in the customer's best interest, instead of having to jump through bureaucratic hoops.
