CREDIT CARD SALE (SWIPED)

  1. Slide Card through reader or Press 1
  2. Select 1 for CREDIT
  3. Server ID + ENTER
  4. Tip Amt + ENTER
  5. Additional optional prompts may appear depending on terminal configuration.

CREDIT CARD SALE (KEY ENTERED)

  1. Slide Card through reader or Press 1
  2. Select 1 for CREDIT
  3. Server ID + ENTER
  4. Tip Amt + ENTER
  5. Manually enter the card number and press ENTER
  6. Enter the expiration date and press ENTER
  7. Cardholder present? Choose yes or no.
  8. Street addr. + ENTER
  9. Zip code + ENTER
  10. CVC code + ENTER

CREDIT CARD REFUND

  1. Press 2
  2. Enter the password and press Enter
  3. Select 1 – CREDIT
  4. Server ID + ENTER
  5. Enter the Return amount and press ENTER
  6. Slide card or Manually Enter the card number and press ENTER
  7. Enter the expiration date and press ENTER

CREDIT CARD FORCE

  1. Press 4
  2. Select 1 – Credit
  3. Server ID + ENTER
  4. Enter the Sale amount and press ENTER
  5. Slide card or manually enter the card number and press ENTER
  6. Enter the expiration date and press ENTER
  7. Enter Approval Code and press ENTER

CREDIT TRANS ADJUST

  1. Press 8
  2. Select 1 – Trans Adjust
  3. Enter the Sale amount and press ENTER
  4. Slide card or manually enter the card number and press ENTER
  5. Enter the expiration date and press ENTER
  6. Enter Approval Code and press ENTER

DEBIT SALE

  1. Slide Card through reader or Press 1
  2. Select 2 for DEBIT
  3. Server ID + ENTER
  4. Enter the Sale amount and press ENTER
  5. Tip Amt. + ENTER
  6. Additional optional prompts may appear depending on terminal configuration.
  7. Confirm Amount? Select Yes or No.
  8. Cash Back? Choose Yes or No.
  9. Enter Cash back Amount and press ENTER
  10. Confirm Amount, Accept or Change?
  11. Customer will Enter PIN # and press ENTER

DEBIT RETURN

  1. Press 2
  2. Enter the password and press ENTER
  3. Select 2 – DEBIT
  4. Server ID + ENTER
  5. Enter the Return amount and press ENTER
  6. Enter the Original Tran Date MMDDYY + ENTER
  7. Enter the Original Tran Time HHMMSS + ENTER
  8. Slide card through reader
  9. Cofirm Amount? Select Yes or No.
  10. Customer will Enter PIN # and press ENTER

DEBIT RE-ENTER

  1. Press 4
  2. Select 3 – REENTER
  3. Select 1 – DEBIT
  4. Select 1 – Sale or 2 – Return
  5. Server ID + ENTER
  6. Key Account # and press ENTER
  7. Enter the Original Tran Date MMDDYY + ENTER
  8. Enter the Original Tran Time HHMMSS + ENTER
  9. Enter RRN # + ENTER
  10. Enter Trace # + ENTER
  11. Enter Netwk ID + Settle Date + ENTER
  12. Approval Code + ENTER
  13. Sale/Return Amt + ENTER
  14. Cashback Amt + ENTER

AUTHORIZE ONLY

  1. Press 8
  2. Select 2 – AUTH ONLY
  3. Select from the Menu: 1 – Amt Auth / 2 – Card Validation / 3 – Eligibility
  4. Server ID + ENTER
  5. Enter the amount if an Amt. Auth and press ENTER
  6. Slide Card or manually enter the card number and press ENTER
  7. Enter the expiration date and press ENTER
  8. Cardholder present? Choose yes or no
  9. Zip code + ENTER
  10. Street addr. + ENTER
  11. CVC code + ENTER

BALANCE INQUIRY

  1. Press 6
  2. Select from Menu: 1 – Credit/Prepaid / 2 – Debit / 3 – EBT
  3. Server ID + ENTER
  4. Slide Card or manually enter the card number and press ENTER
  5. Enter the expiration date and press ENTER

VOID

  1. Press 3
  2. Enter password and press ENTER
  3. VOID PreAuth? Select Yes or No
  4. Use Search Menu to locate transaction: 1=All* / 2=Ref# / 3=Server# / 4=Invoice# / 5=Acct# / 6=Cust PO# / 7=RRN / 8=ApprovalCode
    * If ALL is selected, use the up/down arrows to scroll through the transactions and press the F4 key to select a transaction to be voided.
  5. Confirm void $X.XX? Select Yes or No.
  6. Terminal will display VOID response and print a VOID receipt.

TIP ADJUST

  1. Press 5
  2. Use Search Menu to select transaction to adjust.
    * If ALL is selected, use the up/down arrows to scroll through the transactions and press the F4 key to select a transaction to be voided.
  3. Enter Tip Amt + ENTER
  4. Accept or Change? Select Accept to continue

SUMMARY REPORT

  1. Press .,
  2. Select 0 – Reports Menu
  3. Select 2 – Summary
  4. Select 1 – Print or Select 2 – Display

DETAIL REPORT

  1. Press .,
  2. Select 0 – Reports Menu
  3. Select 1 – Detail
  4. Select 1 – Print or Select 2 – Display
  5. If choose 2 – Display, detail can be displayed in order of preference selected: 1 – Ref # / 2 – Invoice / 3 – Card Type
  6. Use the F1 (Previous) and F4 (Next) keys to scroll through transactions.

REPRINT

  1. Press 9
  2. Select 3 – Reprint
  3. Select 1 – Last Receipt or 2 – Search
  4. Use Search Menu to select transaction to adjust.
    * If ALL is selected, use the up/down arrows to scroll through the transactions and press the F4 key to select a transaction to be voided.

BATCH TOTALS

  1. Press .,
  2. Select 2 – Batch Menu
  3. Select 1 – Batch Totals

BATCH CLOSE

  1. Press 7
  2. Close Batch and Deposit Funds?
  3. Select Yes or No.

OPTIONAL PROMPTS

Optional Prompts may include: password, tip, server #, invoice #, card present, phone order or e-commerce, address, zip, CVC code, pass terminal, enter merchant # for multi-merchant, tax amt., customer code, and enter last 4 digits. Not all optional prompts are shown.
