Merchants that are using the iQ Pro product to process payments will still login directly to the product for all their payment processing activities.
This new content website offers a fresh look at the features and benefits of iQ Pro, including Virtual Terminal, Simple Pay, Shopping Cart, Invoicing, Recurring Billing, and more. It’s a fantastic resource for both partners and merchants to learn more about iQ Pro and offers the ability for merchants to schedule a product demo.
The Support tab features Frequently Asked Questions regarding iQ Pro access, login help, and more. As always, partners and merchants can contact support or sales if more assistance is needed.
The website also contains valuable information for developers, including API Docs. Here, developers will find instructions for composing requests, authentication, creating new user accounts, processing transactions and more.
