CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

As Founder & CEO, Brad is responsible for establishing strategic plans, maintaining culture & stability, ensuring growth, and building the organizational reputation of our company.  Brad has over 20 years of payments experience.
JEN ALEXANDER

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

As COO, Jen, has been with Basys since 2004, and is the architect behind Basys’ operations.  She ensures we offer industry leading products and services to all partners and merchants via our unique personal support model.
EDWIN MARTIN

CHIEF BUSINESS OFFICER

Edwin oversees the day-to-day operations at Basys by streamlining processes, creating systems, and tracking customer engagement. He leads the teams that manage Customer and Partner Experience, Business Operations, IT & Product Development, and Finance & Accounting.

DREW PETERSON

CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

Drew oversees all sales and marketing functions of the organization. He works closely with our internal teams, and also collaborates with our partners, to set goals and drive revenue growth.
KENNY THOMPSON

EVP / PARTNER RELATIONS

Kenny joined the team at Basys shortly after it was founded in 2002. He helped craft the customer-centric business model that continues to separate Basys from the competition, and brings over 20+ years of industry experience to our partner development and partner relations efforts.
CHRIS BORCHERS

DIRECTOR OF IT & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Chris joined the team in 2021 and brings over 20 years of IT experiences, primary in the Application Development space. He manages the Infrastructure, Security and Application Product teams.
JAROD DICKSON

DIRECTOR OF SALES TRAINING

Since joining Basys, Jarod has been the go-to for the sales department. As a Director of Sales Training, he works with employees and partners to improve sales technique and drive portfolio growth. Jarod brings over 12 years of sales experience to the team.
LINDA OBERZAN

VP / HUMAN RESOURCES

Linda has worked with Oddo Family companies for over 25 years.  She is responsible for managing our HR Department and with her team ensures that we hire great employees and provide an exceptional culture.
NICK ORRICK

DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Nick leverages over 14 years of management experience to consistently improve procedures and drive internal strategy for delivering an exceptional customer experience. He holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.

TONI ROGERS

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE & ACCOUNTING

Toni oversees financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and all administrative functions.  She has over 10 years of experience in managing accounting departments and holds an MBA from Rockhurst University.

DANNY TURNER

DIRECTOR OF SALES

Danny has been with Basys since 2014.  Prior to becoming a Director of Sales, Danny was a Sales Executive and a Lead Sales Executive working one on one with merchants.  In his current role, he manages training, performance, and strategic planning for some of our sales teams.
