Additional Chargeback Reporting for Clover Merchants

Clover Disputes Management has begun rolling out to allow additional chargeback reporting for Clover merchants. This tool will allow merchants to receive notifications and respond to Chargebacks and Retrievals across all devices, including non-Clover transactions.

Email notifications will be sent when a Dispute event occurs, including:

– When a new Dispute event occurs

– When a Dispute is expiring in 7 days

– When a Dispute response is declined

– When a new Transaction Inquiry (Retrieval) occurs

– When a Retrieval is expiring in 7 days

This tool is available in the Web Dashboard and is a great added resource for merchants to stay on top of chargebacks and easily manage them.
