18 Aug BASYS Processing Named One of the Kansas City Business Journal’s 2022 Best Places to Work
BASYS Processing is honored to be included in the Kansas City Business Journal’s 2022 Best Places to Work.
To qualify for consideration, companies had to have a minimum of five employees in the Kansas City area, and a preset number of employees had to complete a survey by Quantum Workplace. Quantum Workplace uses a proprietary algorithm to determine the top-scoring companies. BASYS is one of nine medium companies, which consist of 101 to 250 employees, on this year’s list.
“My No. 1 job is to ensure that BASYS has an excellent company culture,” says Brad Oddo, CEO of BASYS Processing. “Being named on this list shows that we’ve achieved just that.”

The Kansas City Business Journal does not publish the scores of the winning companies; however, the rankings of the three top-scoring businesses in each category will be revealed on Nov. 3 at an event celebrating the honorees.
